Needs Assessment
Maize USD 266 has produced a district-level needs assessment, and each school building has done the same to identify common barriers students face and recommendations for improvement. This process, now required by Kansas state statute, will guide district leaders and the Maize Board of Education to take actions to address and remove those barriers for student success. Please review this Needs Assessment webpage to learn more, including:
- Why is the district doing this?
- What progress has been made so far?
- What’s next for Maize?
When reviewing the district's Needs Assessment, it's important to refer back to data and statistics. See below for a data outlook taken from the Assessment and Postsecondary Success Report published in November 2021.
